Our approach and methodologies have been proven and have worked in many organisations around the world of varying sizes and representing a variety of industries. That is why, when we make promises to our clients we intend to keep them, as we do so with the confidence that we can achieve the desired results.

We believe that when it comes to business we must separate the signals from the noise. Our approach is to unlock business potential by challenging many of today’s common business practices that often have the opposite effect to achieving our client's goals and aspirations.

Our philosophy is that the results we deliver must be enduring. This can only be achieved when we transfer our knowledge to clients and the change is fully embedded in their organisations. We believe in a collaborative approach to ensure that our clients can help themselves at the end of our engagement using the techniques, know-how and tools we have provided along the way.

We are inspired by what we can see is possible in organisational performance. Businessflow was established to fulfil that possibility throughout Australasia and beyond.

  • We have the most internationally experienced Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) management consultant in Australasia

  • We have the founding member of the New Zealand Continuous Improvement Forum (NZCIF) on our executive management team
  • In addition to our previous consulting careers, collectively our management team has held professional management positions in Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product Management and Development, Investment Banking, IT and Strategy.

Our approach is grounded in the Theory of Constraints (TOC). This methodology enables us to identify bottlenecks that constrain our client’s throughput and profitability.
